Lincoln Pearce

Mr. Lincoln Pearce leads IMEG’s commissioning team leveraging more than 25 years of building design and construction experience. He is a licensed Professional Engineer, LEED Accredited Professional, and an ASHRAE Certified Building Energy Assessment Professional with a strong understanding of building energy use and system controls.

Mr. Pearce’s project expertise includes a wide variety of building types including healthcare, higher education, laboratories, pharmaceuticals infrastructure, mission-critical, convention centers, and commercial. His experience with project oversight and collaboration with A/E team members on large, complex project designs provides a unique perspective to the commissioning process.
