Laura Padilla Bailey

Ms. Laura Padilla Bailey has experience in evidenced-based design and design-build. She specializes in hospitality and commercial design and uses her 39 years in the industry to exceed clients’ expectations. Laura creates unique and holistic designs from the start of the conversation to develop the concepts narrative through the construction. Her unique experience in design and design-build in commercial and hospitality, as well as 25+ years of commercial construction, set designs, coffee shops, kitchen remodels, restaurants, museums, and hospitality projects create an asset for any project. Her construction experience with government projects also include schools, police sub-stations, and state-run facilities. Laura owned and operated a bathroom remodeling company and organized and supervised the first design blitz for Habitat for Humanity in Las Vegas. She has been responsible for creating budgets, projections, and all construction and design documents, from cradle to grave experience, keeping projects on time and on budget.
